The Role
Responsible for P&L forecasting, planning, cadences (signings, revenue, spending, profit).Interlock with country president and line leaders on Revenue and Profit roadmap.Act as focal for global initiatives. Work with CHQ and Global finance team on country strategy and country driven initiatives.Work with line teams on process design such as spending management, investment review process etc.Review business case related to investment.Review cost rates and interlock with COO and delivery leader.Review B/S and Cashflow.Manage JV and subsidiaries. Interlock with JV on plan and review their performance. Manage various approval processes.Support spending related matters (e.g. capital and spending reviews, spending guidance)Design and transform finance organization and processes.As people manager, coach and develop staff.Japanese and English communication skills.Who You Are
Strong skills and broad experience in finance analysis and planning with understanding of accounting, tax and cash flow implications. Balanced view. Leadership. People management skills. Strong communication skills both in Japanese and English.
