Working hour
●Monday - Friday 8hours a day
●Between 8am and 6:45pm (1 hour break)
※Sometimes work on Saturday for events. (Monday will be off instead)
Probation period
●Duration of the probation period: 3 months
●Working conditions during the probation period: Different conditions
●Details about working conditions that differ during the probation period: Probation Period 1~3 months. Salary will be ¥1,500~¥1,800/hourly(depends on your skill)
Job Description
Fairy Tale is a small group, Home-like environment day care designed to develop a healthy body and mind through English and art.
●Planning and leading the activities
●Taking care of children such as; changing diapers, feeding, and so on
●Setting up the classroom environment with other teachers
●Prepare things needed for the classes
●Cooperate with other staff and prepare for school events
●Cleaning, paper work, etc.
We are looking for a professional child care teacher who is willing to have a fun and rewarding time with children.
You should love children and be able to engage in fun activities and make an environment engaging for children from 6 months-6 years old.
Candidates should be friendly, creative, and have a passion for working with children.
We are looking for people with knowledge about the Reggio Emilia approach and/or Montessori. However, this is not a requirement.

Required Skills, Qualifications

●Must have qualifications in education
●Language level: English→ Native level Japanese→ Any level is okay
●Knowledge about the Reggio Emilia approach and/or Montessori is preferred, not required.
●Must love working with children
●1-2+ years work experience in an environment teaching young children
●Must be able to lead and plan the activities
●Ability to work independently and with a team
Wage
Full-time position (¥250, ,000/ month)
Salary will depend on experience and skill.
