A Global Financial firm is looking for a bilingual IT Support (L2) to join a critical project and provide Level 2 (L2) support and system administration services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 level technical support for servers, networks, and enterprise applications
• Perform user administration (Active Directory, account provisioning, access control, group policy management)
• Monitor system performance, logs, and system health
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Apply system patches, updates, and security configurations
• Support backup and recovery operations
• Work closely with L1 support and infrastructure teams

Required skills:

• Windows Server administration
• Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy, Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online administration
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
