About the Opportunity
Our client, a top corporate law firm, is seeking a junior lawyer admitted (or to be admitted later in 2026) in England & Wales, the US, Australia, or another 'commonwealth' jurisdiction, with fluent English and good Japanese language skills. Internship experience is beneficial, albeit this role offers training from 'ground zero' in both M&A/Corporate and Finance, with the opportunity to specialise in year 2 onwards. We have assisted numerous lawyers in joining this firm over the years.
