■ 仕事内容

具体的には

■ファッションアドバイザー業務
■接客販売業務
└直営店舗でお客様の買い物サポート
■電話対応や商品の検品
■販売に付帯する業務全般を担当
■SNS運用(インスタライブ出演やスナップでの商品紹介)
残業月平均10h以内プライベートも充実
作業を効率化店舗営業終了後は速やかに締め作業を実施し、即帰宅

入社後の流れ

まずはじっくりと時間をかけて、販売員としての基本的スキルを学んでいただきます。講師となるのは、経験豊富なエリアマネージャー。店舗での立ち方、表情、振る舞い、お客様へのアプローチなど、実践での経験と各種研修を同時進行することで、接客販売という仕事への理解・スキルを深めていくことが可能です☆

9:30~21:30の間で実働8時間

※残業月平均10時間以内
