Q. どんな施設ですか?
A. 所沢市東住吉にある内科・循環器内科の専門クリニックです。30年以上地域に根差した「かかりつけ医」として信頼されており、2021年4月に院内設備の改修と医療機器の更新を行いリニューアルオープンしました。バリアフリー設計で清潔な環境が整っています。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 受付業務として患者様の保険証確認や問診票の受け渡し、会計業務として診察終了後の診療費計算と自動精算機を用いた会計処理、そしてレセプト業務として専用ソフトを使用した診療報酬請求事務を行います。また、電話対応や予約管理、院内の整理整頓も担当します。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. はい、大丈夫です。まずは患者様を笑顔で迎える受付業務を中心に、段階を追って業務を覚えていただきます。パソコン操作に不得手でなければ、医療事務の資格は問いません。

勤務時間・曜日:
募集枠: 16:00~20:00(月~土のうち週2~3回からOK)
希望条件: 週1回程度の午前勤務(9:00~13:00)と、週2~3回の午後勤務(16:00~20:00)を組み合わせて勤務いただける方を希望します。
残業について: 外来の混雑状況により、最長22時まで延長の可能性があります。
