未経験でも活躍できる障がい者グル-プホ-ムの生活支援員を大募集

地域の方々のお手伝い

生活の「困った」を助けるお仕事です。

優しさと思いやりの心を持ってお仕事に取り組める方を募集しております。

当施設の職場環境

大手にはできない一人ひとりに寄り添った支援を大切にしております。

その為、スタッフ数も少数なのでスタッフの人間関係、雰囲気は抜群に良いです

また、障がい者の方の自立を支援するという業務になりますので、

過度な肉体労働は少ないです

福祉未経験でも利用者に寄り添う気持ちがある方、身体介護がある場合も1から丁寧に教えます

ハンディキャップをお持ちの方が自立に向けて共同生活する場所です。

できることを増やしていくための見守りと生活のサポ-トをお願いします。

ご自身で食事や入浴もできる方々がほとんどですので、優しい心で見守り、思いやりを持ってサポ-トをお願いします。
