・チェックイン/チェックアウト業務
・精算業務
・関連部署との連携業務(予約課・レストラン・ハウスキーピングなど)
・ホテル館内の設備やサービス、イベント、近隣の観光地などのご案内 など
必須条件
・優れたコミュニケーション能力
・外国籍の応募者は、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力(N2以上)
歓迎条件
・フロントデスクのご経験、またはホテルでのご経験
・日常会話レベルの英語力
