「住まい」を紹介して終わりではなく、

「暮らし」の安心を支える、それが向陽の仕事です。

柏・流山エリアを中心に、創業から50年以上。

地域の方々の住まい探しや管理を通じて、

「向陽さんにお願いすれば安心」と言っていただける関係を築いてきました。

お任せするのは、お部屋のご案内から入居後のフォローまで。

地域に根ざした不動産会社として、

お客様の"これからの暮らし"に寄り添う仕事です。

【具体的な仕事の流れ】

ホームページやご紹介などを通じてご来店されたお客様の対応を中心に、

「住まい」と「暮らし」の両面を支えるお仕事です。

  • ご来店されたお客様の対応(希望条件のヒアリング・お部屋の提案)
  • 現地へのご案内(社用車でお客様をお連れします)
  • 契約書類の作成・説明、鍵の受け渡し
  • 入居後のお困りごとへの対応(修理・設備不具合など)
  • オーナー様とのやり取り(空室状況の確認や掲載調整)

契約で関係が終わるのではなく、

入居後の安心までを見守るのが向陽のスタイルです。

【必須条件】

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・高卒以上

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり37時間30分

9:30~18:30

実働7時間30分、休憩1時間30分

\長時間残業は ほとんどありません/

繁忙期には、普段より残業時間が多くなることもありますが、それでも固定残業手当30時間を超えたスタッフは、いませんでした。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万2000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万8130円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

別途、インセンティブ、各種手当があります。
