  • Job responsibility:
  • Plan, execute and cascade company's mid-term plan
  • Consider introducing ROIC management that will help improve financial and investment discipline, and transform internal and organizational processes to enable appropriate growth investment and resource allocation over the mid to long term.
  • Transform business processes by realizing timely decisionmaking, collaboration between departments and regions, consensus building, information sharing, and implementation of problemsolving solutions.
  • Consider organizational reforms and capability improvement which are necessary for strategic execution, and formulate the concrete mechanisms and organizational structure to realize it.
  • Develop companywide financial targets including KPIs for each department in collaboration with Finance, and collaborate with each department to achieve financial targets through strict KPI management.
資格

  • Mandatory
  • At least +3years experience of Company Planing/Strategy at listed company.
  • Business level English/Japanese skill both written and verbaly.
  • Experience/Knowledge of Managerial Accounting, 制度会計

  • Good internaly, externaly communication skill
  • Strong Projct Management skill, experience of Project Managment Lead.
