◆住宅型有料老人ホームでの介護職員◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 名古屋市南区にある全室個室・定員18室のアットホームな住宅型有料老人ホーム「ひだまりの家 大江」です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 食事介助(配膳、下膳、盛り付け、温め)、排泄介助、入浴介助、水分補給サポート、レクリエーション活動、夜間巡視などのご入居者様の日常生活全般をサポートします。

A. 入社後1ヶ月は先輩スタッフがマンツーマンで指導しますので、未経験の方やブランクのある方も安心してスタートできます。

月給229,000円~284,000円に加え、年4回賞与計4.5カ月分を支給。昇給年1回、各種手当も充実し、長く安心して働ける環境が整っています。

処遇改善手当:25,000円

夜勤手当:6,000円/回 ※月4回程度(月給には4回予定で算出)

資格手当:5,000円(初任者研修)、10,000円(実務者研修・喀痰吸引1号研修)、30,000円(介護福祉士)

住宅手当:賃貸5,000円、持ち家10,000円(世帯主に限る)

家族手当:配偶者10,000円、子ども3人目まで5,000円、4人目~3,000円

通勤手当:上限20,000円

皆勤手当:10,000円/月(賞与時に支給)
