【 海外営業の経験者募集 】

経営企画部門の一員として、アジア圏での市場拡大を共に推進してくださる方を、正社員としてお迎えします。

メーカー・ディストリビューター・現地コーディネーター等、多くのステークホルダーとコミュニケーションをおこなう役割です。当社の顔となるポジションですので、お人柄も重視しての選考を予定しています。

【 仕事内容 】

海外ペットフード市場におけるシェア拡大を目指し、戦略立案と各種実務をご担当いただきます。

主にアジア圏を対象とした、輸出・製造・販売網の開拓・拡大がメインミッションとなります。

具体的には…

・現地訪問によるパートナー選定

・提携候補企業との商談・交渉・契約締結

・販売地域に応じた品質調整 (ハラル対応など)

・メール・web、対面によるネゴシエーション

・社内各部門との調整、決裁処理

・その他 プロジェクト推進に向けた活動全般

※上記全ての業務を、入社直後から求められる訳ではありません。ベーシックなタスクからお任せし、先輩同行の機会もご用意しますので、これまでのキャリアを活かしながら、できることを少しずつ広げていってください。

【 仕事環境について 】

・配属先となる経営企画室は、経営陣と近い距離で議論し、スピード感をもって様々な取組に挑戦できる環境です

・配属後は業務用PCを貸与。会社が定める範囲で、テレワーク勤務も可能です (要申請/週2回まで。フルリモートは不可)

※本ポジションは「総合職」での採用となり、将来的に他部署への異動・他拠点への転勤が生じる可能性があります

【 三菱商事グループの一員として 】

・ペットライン株式会社は1967年、三菱商事グループの一員である日本農産工業 (NOSAN) のペットフード販売会社として誕生しました。1972年には国産初となるドライキャットフード『キャネットチップ』を発売。以来、"愛情を品質に。" をモットーに、一般量販店向けペットフードから動物病院向け療法食まで、わんちゃん・猫ちゃんの健やかな毎日を食を通じて支えています。

・2020年に日清ペットフード株式会社より事業を譲り受け、『懐石』『キャラット』等のブランドも承継し、多様なお客様のニーズに応えられる商品ラインナップを取り揃えています。2023年には新拠点「春日井包装センター」を立ち上げ、より新鮮でおいしい状態で、様々な形態のパッケージに包装することが可能となりました。企画開発・研究部門では、ISO9001(品質マネジメントシステム) の認証を取得しており、お客様に喜ばれる商品の開発に取り組んでいます。

求めている人材


【 必須条件 】

大卒以上 かつ、

普通免許 (AT限定可) をお持ちで、

英語で商談を完結できる方

※男女不問。海外営業・輸出業務や、海外出張・海外駐在などの実務経験者を想定しています

※業務状況により、主にアジア地域への短期 ~ 中期出張が生じます

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 20日

9:00 ~ 18:00/休憩 1h

・残業月20h 程度。定時退勤できる日もあります

※時差出勤制度あり。業務や家庭の事情等に合わせて、会社が指定する範囲内で、始業・終業時刻を選択できます (要申請)

大型連休/GW・夏季・年末年始に各 長期休暇あり

有給休暇/初年度は入社日に応じた日数を付与、法定に則り年5日以上有休消化

・有給は1時間・半日・1日での取得が可能。業務予定に合わせて制度を活用できます

・年間休日127日+有給取得5日を含めると実質、年休132日以上

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万5000円 〜 29万5000円

固定残業代:なし
