チーム紹介/About the Hiring Team
Lightspeed Tech Center は、PUBG モバイルを始めとする様々な高品質ゲームを手掛けた Lightspeed Studios の研究開発部門です。Tech Center は技術研究とイノベーションを牽引し、ゲーム作品にそのライフサイクルを通して、エンジン、音響、QA、AI、次世代技術、技術提携などのテクニカルサポートを提供しています。Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.
仕事内容/What the Role Entails
仕事内容:
1. NLPおよび機械学習分野の最前線の研究プロジェクトにおいて、貢献し、推進する。
2. 大規模言語モデル(LLM)を新しい実用的なタスクにトレーニングする。
3. プロトタイプから本番運用まで、チームメンバーと協力して作業する。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive and contribute to cutting-edge research projects in NLP and machine learning.
2. Train large language models (LLMs) on innovative and practical tasks.
3. Collaborate with team members from prototyping to production.
応募資格/Who We Look For
応募条件:
1. Pythonおよびディープラーニングフレームワークを用いた実務経験があること。
2. トップクラスのNLP/ML学会やジャーナル(例:ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, EACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML)での論文発表経験があることが望ましい。
Requirements:
1. Hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks.
2. Publication experience in a top-tier NLP/ML conference or journal (e.g., ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, EACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML) is preferred

※一般社員の場合、固定残業代月35時間分が含まれます。
管理職の場合、固定残業代10時間分が含まれます。

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 休憩時間 60分
フレックスタイムあり
完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)
有給休暇:入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3)
