【仕事内容】

業務概要:同社においてゴルフカーを中心とした新機種立上げ時におけるLLV(ゴルフカー及び北米向け低速公道用車両)の新機種品質保証業

務の企画推進ならびに監督指導の要求品質の担保、及び品質問題の未然防止活動など品質保証業務全般をお任せ致します。【変更の範囲:会社が定める業務】

(1)品質保証部門の新機種立上げ業務組織を率いて、下記実務の監督指導及び遂行

・LLV新機種の品質保証企画書の立案及び関連する作り込み活動の企画推進

・量産前の生産試作車両の性能・機能・耐久評価の計画・実施・結果フォロー

・量産立上り直後の初期クレーム対策活動

・市場クレーム対策活動支援、クレーム情報の社内知見化

(2)品質保証部や品質保証体制全体の業務基盤を強化する活動への参画と推進

・生産準備・初期流動管理プロセスの課題抽出と改善、等

中期商品計画に則り、モデル毎の新機種開発プロジェクトに資源を配置。

関連部門と品質管理プロセスの運用方法を調整し決定。

新機種における重要品質項目及び品質活動計画の策定を主導。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・量産工業製品の新機種立上げプロジェクトにおいて、品証・開発・製造などの領域で参加した実務経験が5~10年程度ある方

【歓迎】

・量産工業製品の新機種立上げプロジェクトにおける品証・開発・製造などの領域のプロジェクトリーダー・あるいはプロジェクトに関わる組織の管理責任者のご経験がある方

<語学補足>

英語力歓迎※TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上

600万円~900万円

※当社の規定に準じて決定していきます
