Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
PLC Control Design Engineer
to take ownership of FA (Factory Automation) equipment design projects.

From proposing integrated solutions using in-house products to process design and equipment development, you will play a key role across a broad range of engineering stages.

In addition to laser equipment, the company has been expanding its automation systems business, with a strong track record in inspection systems, assembly machines, and production lines for various industries including
automotive, semiconductors, and medical devices

Work Style

• Clients are mainly Japanese companies and referral-based projects.
• Typical project duration: 3–4 months (about 10 projects running simultaneously).
• Occasional business trips: once a month on average (about one week per trip).

Requirements

• Experience in
  PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) design
  for production or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of control systems, automation, or FA-related technologies.
• Japanese skill (JLPT N1,N2,N3)

Compensation

• Monthly salary:
  ¥410,000~
• Annual salary:
  ¥5,000,000 ~
