POSITION SUMMARY

Bulgari Il Ristorante is seeking a receptionist. Welcome customers from around the world at Ginza Tower (full-time, Japanese proficiency required).

We are looking for reception staff to work at Bulgari Ginza Tower's restaurant floor exclusive entrance. The entrance welcomes a variety of customers, such as those who always look forward to dining at Bulgari, those who choose Bulgari for special occasions, and inbound customers. It is where customers first experience Bulgari. We look forward to applications from those who can utilize language skills and smiles as a part of Bulgari.

  • Reception responsibilities include managing entrances on the first floor and the restaurant on the ninth floor. The initial goal is to be able to handle the first-floor entrance alone after learning the business through on-the-job training. As customers come from both domestic and international backgrounds with a wide range of inquiries, the job offers interesting challenges beyond routine tasks for those seeking personal growth and change in their work.
  • We prioritize sophisticated service but do not compromise friendliness. We value warm, friendly customer service and provide a comfortable work environment. Currently, the reception is operated by a small team. After a successful period as a receptionist, there is potential for career advancement into management.
  • Validating receptionist experience includes but is not limited to:
    - Experience in the hospitality sector, e.g., restaurants or hotels (minimum 2 years)
    - Proficient in basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel functions)
    - English language skills (business level or above)
  • Desired qualities:

    - Individuals who are committed to self-improvement and have a proactive work attitude
    - Those who want to utilize their customer service experience
    - Individuals who aspire to work alongside top-notch staff

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Weekdays Off: 2 days per week
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM
    - Shift system within the specified hours (8 hours working/1-hour break)
    - Operating hours vary by day of the week
