【お仕事内容】

体幹や姿勢矯正に特化したストレッチで、お客様の体の根本改善をサポートする美容トレーナーのお仕事です。

・接客対応

・ストレッチ施術(マッサージ・骨盤矯正・体幹軸調整・ストレッチ)

・その他事務業務

【未経験者も安心充実の教育制度】

入社後は、まず「ZSTA協会認定トレーナー資格」の取得を目指していただきます。

約40時間(6日間)の講習で、ストレッチ施術や接客マナーなど、基礎から学びます。

未経験者を含め、社員の合格率は100%

通常は有料の講習ですが、社員は無料で受講可能です。

認定試験クリア後には、ディプロマ(特定課程修了証明書)を発行します。

「ザウルス式体幹軸調整ストレッチ」の技術はもちろん、接客や販売方法まで、本部店舗で丁寧に研修します。

未経験の方も安心してスタートできる環境です。

基本給:月給 28万円 〜 100万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 交通費支給(全額)
  • 昇給あり(年2回)
  • 賞与あり(年2回/1回の平均40万~50万円)

<収入例>

・月平均の指名数は約33本

その場合は、9万9000円分の支給

・賞与だけで100万円超えの実績も

  • 未経験からでも1年後には年収600万以上のスタッフも多数

スタッフは全員20~30代の女性が在籍しています。

ストレッチだけでなく、接客サービスも評価いただいており、新規のお客様も多くいらっしゃいます。

シフトに合わせて新人さんにも平等に振り分けられるので、自分のお客様を増やしやすい環境ですよ
