受付・医療事務さん募集

週1日〜OK

1勤務3時間〜OK

仕事内容:受付、会計、電話対応、患者対応、予約調整、書類・カルテ入力、院内清掃、レセプト、診療助手(シュライバーなど)

※医療事務メイン

※院内清掃等の日常業務を適宜担当します

2022年5月OPENした消化器・内視鏡クリニック受付・会計・レセプトの経験者は即戦力です。雰囲気の良いクリニックをスタッフみんなで作っていけるような、優しい人柄の方、素直な方を募集します。

内視鏡に力を入れたクリニックです。診療や会計まで待ち時間をできる限り少なくし、質の高い医療を効率よく気軽に受けられるクリニックを目指しております。

生活スタイルに合う働きかたで、長く続けていただける職場を理想としております。

スタッフみんなが助け合い、コミュニケーションをとりながら、良い職場環境&優しい雰囲気を目指していきます。扶養内で働きたい方もOKです。

受付・医療事務

経験者・レセプト入力できる方大歓迎

※未経験者OK

※明るく丁寧に笑顔で対応できる方

※一緒に働くスタッフを大切にできる方

※スタッフの健康増進のため、非喫煙者が望ましい

勤務時間・曜日:

週の所定労働日数:週1日〜

8:30〜18:45で1日3〜8時間で応相談

休憩は交代制で60分または90分または120分

勤務例

・9:00〜13:00

・15:00〜18:00

・9:00〜18:00

・10:00〜16:00など

※土曜午後は予約診療が終わり次第適宜退勤

※平日18:15以降は事務業務の状況により退勤可

シフト制のため勤務開始時間・終了時間は個人によって異なります。

休日:日曜・祝日、第1・3・5土曜 ※医院カレンダーによる

・敷地内禁煙

・原則屋内禁煙

アクセス:

東京メトロ丸の内線・都営大江戸線「本郷三丁目駅」より徒歩2〜3分

他水道橋駅・後楽園駅・御茶ノ水駅などからも徒歩で通勤可能

駐輪場はありません。周辺の駐輪場を使用してください。

給与:

時給1300円

※職務遂行能力を考慮した昇給あり

※土曜14時以降は100円時給UP

※試用期間中は時給1226円
