[Job Description]
- Work Location: Bulgari Il Cioccolato, Matsuya Ginza B1F, 3-6-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
- Team: Matsuya Ginza Team
- Position: Staff
- Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day (+ 60-minute break)
- Days Off: 8–10 days off per month, 115 days off per year
- Store Holidays: Follows Matsuya Ginza's holiday schedule (no fixed holidays)
- Employment Type: Contract or Full-time Employee
- Contract employees may be promoted to full-time after a minimum of 3 months
- Contract Duration:
- Contract: 1 year
- Full-time: No fixed term
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Expected Salary: ¥220,000–¥320,000/month
- Final amount determined based on experience and preferences
- Full-time employees receive a bonus equivalent to 4 months' salary annually
