責任:
ソリューション提供:Salesforceコンポーネント(Lightningページ、フロー、検証ルール、データオブジェクト)の設定・構築、AIを活用した機能の組み込み
Agentforceとの連携:AgentforceボットとAIを活用したユーザーエクスペリエンスの設計、テスト、改善ビジネスプロセスとの整合性と測定可能な成果を確保する
要件と分析:ディスカバリーワークショップをファシリテートし、ビジネス要件を抽出、文書化し、AI対応に重点を置いたエピックとユーザーストーリーに翻訳する
テストと品質:UATと回帰テストを主導し、機能またはパフォーマンスの欠陥をデバッグし、テストチームへの移行を監督する
導入サポート:DevOps/リリース管理ツール(変更セット、パイプライン)を使用する。サンドボックスの更新と環境の移行を調整する
クライアントとのコミュニケーション:宣言型機能とAI自動化について関係者に説明を行う。期待を管理し、積極的にソリューションを交渉する
プリセールスエンゲージメント:提案書や概念実証に参加し、AgentforceとAIクラウドのROIと変革の可能性を明確に説明する
応募資格:
4年以上の経験
Salesforceの専門知識:Salesforce Sales Cloud、Service Cloud、Lightning、および宣言型開発ツールの実践経験
AIとAgentforce:Salesforce AI機能(生成アシスタント、予測分析、インテリジェントルーティング)の導入経験または高い能力
語学力:日本語ネイティブレベルとビジネスレベルの英語、または日本語と英語の両方でビジネスレベルのスキル
