Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by helping them select products.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers' questions.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Manages financial transactions.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales experiences in retail.
- Possesses a strong passion for the Herman Miller Brand.
- Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a willingness to gain more experiences by accepting others' feelings and trying to see things positively to grow each other.
- Exhibits excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborates effectively with team members, departments, and locations.
- Shows a sense of urgency to solve problems and complete tasks efficiently.
- Remains aware and mindful of changes without being bound by prejudice or precedent.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
