Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to improve user productivity, proposing technical solutions to employees, and encouraging the utilization of Microsoft 365 products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client work productivity and research best products and functions
• Design customization and successful operation plans
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex equipment, software, and systems
• Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities and data backup and restore

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
• Experience in designing/implementing or deploying/operating Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, etc.)
• Japanese -Fluent level
