仕事内容:
リネン資材(浴衣やガウン、甚平などの衣類、タオル類、シーツやカバー類に加えて重寝具やクロス、ユニフォーム。ルームアメニティ、バスアメニティなど)の商品企画、発注、生産工程管理、輸入処理、仕入調整をしていただきます。
当社はリネンサプライヤーやホテル・旅館等の宿泊施設、病院や各種施設などリネン資材を必要とする事業者すべてを対象に提案型営業をしている会社です。その当社の購買部門の立上げ責任者であり且つオペレーションも日々していっていただきます。
製造拠点は国内(遠州産地、播州産地、その他)と海外(中国、ベトナム、バングラ、パキスタン等)になり、日々連絡を取り合いながらモノ作りに努めて頂きます。
先にあげた商品の殆どはリピート品となりますが、新規企画品も扱っていただきます。その為に購買やOEM担当としての側面だけではなく繊維製品についての一定程度の理解や知識が必要とされます。

現在は国内外でモノ作りし、日本全国のリネンサプライヤーや宿泊機能のある施設に商品を提供しています。
30人強の小さな所帯です。北海道営業所(札幌市)、東京営業所(港区芝浦)、播州営業所(西脇市)と袋井物流センターの5拠点で得意先の求めに応ずるべく、日々の活動をしています。

・海外調達の日本側窓口の経験
・購買担当、バイヤー、MDの経験

勤務時間・曜日:
が定時になります(実働8時間)
の間は昼食休憩です(休憩1時間)
休暇・休日:
6月と12月の賞与支給時のみ土曜日出勤が半日あります。それ以外のすべての土日祝はお休みです。
年間休日日数が必ず120日以上になる様に会社カレンダーを作成しています。
勤務地:
喫煙者のいる事業所もありますが、屋内は完全禁煙にしています。
アクセス:
JR浜松駅から南に2.5Km。車で10分強の距離になります。
給与:
年齢、経験などにより職能等級を定めます。年齢と職能等級の合算値を月次給与とします。
賞与は年に2回ある人事考課の点数に比例して支給します。

このため同じ職種でも業務の質が異なって来るものと考え給与巾は広めに設定しています。
