携帯会社の乗り換えを検討しているお客様からの受電が中心のお仕事です。
お電話ではまず「どうして乗り換えたいのか」をていねいにお聞きし、いまの契約を続けるメリットや、乗り換えた場合の注意点もあわせてご案内します。
対応内容は、主にMNP番号の発行をご希望のお客様にしぼられているため、クレームが少ないのが特徴です。話すポイントも大きく変わらず、対応の流れが安定しています。
- 台本完備商品やプランの説明は、ご希望のあったお客様にのみ行います。「自分で一から考える提案」ではなく、決まったトークフローに沿ってご案内します。
継続案内が必要ないお客様には、すぐにMNP番号をご案内する流れになっています。無理にお話を引き延ばす必要がなく、スムーズに終われるケースが多めです。

- 業務開始5分前より朝礼あり(有給)
- いずれの時間帯も小休憩24分あり(有給)
- 残業は月10h程度(1分単位で給与計算)

・シフトの曜日や時間を特に指定しない方は、毎月5日間まで
・このシフトで働きたい、など時間の希望がある方は、毎月3日間まで
・毎週曜日を休みたい、など曜日を固定したい方は、毎月1日間まで
