【業務内容】
- 弊社整備工場にて、整備・板金塗装業務を担当していただきます
具体的には、販売車両の車検、オイル交換などがメインの業務になります
業務に慣れてきたら修理やカスタムなどの業務もお任せします。
スキルや経験に応じた業務を任せるので、未経験の方も安心して働いていただける環境です
\扱う車両は国産車から輸入車まで様々/
ランボルギーニやポルシェなど、普段はなかなか触れる機会のない車を自分の手で整備できるのもやりがいの1つです

弊社は岡崎市久後崎町に本社を構える自動車修理・板金塗装会社です。
創業から60年以上、地域に根差して車の修理を行っており、
『岡崎で車の修理と言えば増田塗装』と言えるほどの施工実績を積んできました。
30年以上の塗装歴を誇る職人も在籍しており、伝統的かつ確かな技術力を強みにしている一方で、
豊橋支店、カスタムショップのオープンやLINE見積もり、インスタグラムなど新しいことにも積極的にチャレンジしています
まだまだ小さい会社ですが、新しいことにチャレンジできる場を大事にしている会社です。

- 自動車整備や板金塗装のご経験をお持ちの方

- 40代以降のベテランスタッフも多数在籍
和気あいあいとしたアットホームな環境です
18時定時でワークライフバランスも
- 月の残業時間は平均20~40時間程。
稼ぎたい人は積極的に残業することも可能です。
- 東岡崎駅徒歩10分と通いやすい立地
- 車での通勤ももちろん可能です

基本給:年俸 500万円 〜 800万円
固定残業代:なし
