About the Role
As
Commercial Manager
, you will play a key role in driving Swissport Japan's commercial performance across Ground Handling and Cargo operations. This role is responsible for managing airline customer relationships, leading pricing strategies, and supporting new business opportunities — ensuring that our services deliver both customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
商業マネージャーとして、スイスポート・ジャパンのグランドハンドリングおよび貨物部門の商業活動全般をリードしていただきます。航空会社を中心とした顧客管理、価格戦略の策定、新規ビジネスのサポートなどを通じて、顧客満足度と収益性の両立を目指します。
Key Responsibilities | 主な業務内容
- Manage commercial relationships with airline customers, including contracts, pricing, and renewals
- Lead pricing and revenue strategies in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams
- Support RFP responses, tenders, and new station or service bids
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Track contract performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong internal collaboration with Operations, Legal, and Finance

- 契約実績・収益性・顧客満足度をモニタリング
- 商業・運用・法務など社内各部門との円滑な連携を維持
Qualifications | 応募資格
Required | 必須要件
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, aviation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルでの読み書き・会話能力

- Experience in the aviation or ground handling industry
- Experience in responding to RFPs and commercial tenders
- Understanding of P&L management and revenue performance tracking
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
