Position title : Systems Engineering for Spacecraft Payloads

ispaceでは、次期月着陸船へ搭載する顧客ペイロード(オービター、月面探査車、観測機器、カメラなど)のインタフェース調整を行うチームに参加する、意欲的で優秀なシステムエンジニアを募集しています。理想的な候補者は、技術バックグラウンドを有し、宇宙機または航空機のサブシステムに関する知識、顧客調整の経験をお持ちの方です。ispaceの月輸送サービス計画が成長する中、真に魅力的なプロジェクトに参加できるまたとない機会です。このポジションは、少人数のチームに参加し、国際的なエンジニアたちと共に作業を行います。

このポジションは東京本社を拠点とし、ペイロードチームマネージャーの直属となります。ペイロードチームマネージャーの下で、要件定義からインテグレーション、試験・検証、月面でのオペレーションに至るまで、ペイロードの着陸船への搭載を技術的にリードすることが求められます。

Spacecraft Payload System Engineer 主な職務
ペイロード顧客との技術・仕様調整(進捗会議、文書作成、リビジョン管理)を担当する。
顧客と月着陸船チーム(機械、熱、電気、ソフトウェア等)との間の技術的インタフェースを管理する。
ペイロード顧客と協力して、フィージビリティ・スタディを行い、要求項目、ペイロード・インタフェース文書、S.O.W、試験手順書などを作成する。
AIT及び着陸船運用チームに対し、着陸船への搭載及び月面運用のための現場支援を行う。
最終成果物、スケジュール、マイルストーン管理を含む、顧客のサポートと搭載のためのリソースプランニングを行う。
提案活動を含むプロジェクトの全段階において、顧客と営業チームに技術サポートを提供する。

必須スキル
工学学士以上。
航空宇宙産業における3年以上の実務経験、またはそれと同等の経験。
以下のサブシステムの1つ以上の経験: 構造、熱、アビオニクス、GNC、推進、通信、ソフトウェア。
システムエンジニアリングと要求管理の知識。
エンジニアリングチームや営業チームと密接に協力し、多分野にまたがる環境で活躍できること。
優れた対人能力、組織能力、コミュニケーション能力を有すること。
ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎スキル
宇宙船のサブシステムとインターフェースに関する知識
宇宙製品開発の全体的なプロセスの経験
宇宙船の設計および試験規格に精通している:NASA-STD、ECSS、JAXA-標準、MIL-STDなど。
3D CADソフトウェアや機械図面への知識・実務経験。
電気回路図と組み込みソフトウェアへの知識・実務経験。
FMECA、信頼性設計、および/またはハザード分析への知識・実務経験。
Confluence, JIRA の使用経験。
