茨城県土浦市での空調設備メンテナンス正社員募集

未経験から一生モノの技術を身につけませんか

・契約先お客様への定期メンテナンス訪問

・空調機器の故障診断と修理作業

・機器のオーバーホールと部品交換

・新規設備工事のサポート業務

・顧客への技術相談と改善提案

・作業報告書の作成などの事務作業

社用車での現場出張が基本で、お客様から信頼され頼られる存在として活躍できます。機械の状況に応じた的確な判断と、お客様とのコミュニケーションが重要な役割です。

当社社員の9割以上が未経験からスタートし、現在一人前のサービスエンジニアとして活躍中。先輩社員との同行研修から始まり、段階的にスキルを習得していただけます。

資格取得支援制度や資格手当も充実しており、電気工事士や管工事施工管理技士などの専門資格取得をバックアップします。

勤務時間・曜日:

出勤日は平日と土曜日(3週に一度のみ出勤)の9時~18時00分

お客様の希望などにより上記時間帯以外や土日祝祭日などに出勤していただく場合もあります。(休日出勤手当あり)

土曜は3週に一度出勤。日曜祝祭日は休みです。

年末年始、夏季休暇、その他会社カレンダーによります。(年間休日120日。2025年予定)

月給:254,900円~298,776円

固定残業代:50,144円~58,776円(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
