【仕事内容】
当部のアカウント顧客の注力領域(財務/調達/人事/経営管理/営業販売/生産管理/物流/PLMなど)における開発案件・維持運用のプロジェクト管理をお任せします。
◆上記領域における新規システム開発およびシステム再構築のPMまたはPL(案件規模:50人月以上/1案件)
特に、営業販売/物流/生産管理領域においては、大規模プロジェクト(100人月以上)が複数件予定されており、各プロジェクトにおけるPMまたはPLをご担当頂き、大規模プロジェクトの管理・推進をお任せします。
◆上記領域におけるエンハンス開発および維持運用の領域リーダ(体制規模:20名以上)
複数システムのエンハンス開発が中心となり、担当頂く領域全体を俯瞰した業務運営管理・推進をお任せます。
※当部ではシステム開発、エンハンス開発、維持運用など大規模から小規模の開発・維持運用があり、ご自身のキャリア、成長に合わせたJOBローテーションを行っています。

□製造業の知見がある方
□生産管理システム、販売管理システム、物流システム、会計システム等のPJ経験がある方
□英語力がある方(グローバル案件に抵抗がない方)
【給与】
600万円~800万円
※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 所定勤務時間7時間30分(休憩1時間)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
