【業務内容】

  • 国際センターでのお仕事です

留学生のサポートを中心に幅広い事務業務を担当していただきます。

具体的には、留学生の日常生活に関する相談対応など、学生が安心して学べる環境づくりをサポートします。

また、学内外向けの文書作成、伝票起票などの簡単な経理事務、その他付随する庶務業務もお願いします。

その為、ビジネスレベルの英会話必須"数字を扱うので経理の基礎知識があると尚良し

【*1日のスケジュール*】

9:00 メール確認、当日の業務内容の整理

9:30 窓口での日常支援

10:30 留学生サポートに関する業務(問い合わせ対応、生活面のフォローなど)

11:30 書類作成やメール対応など事務処理

12:00 休憩(60分)

13:00 経理関連の事務処理(伝票起票、必要書類の確認など)

14:00 学内外向けの文書作成、各種資料の取りまとめ

15:00 留学生サポートに関する業務(問い合わせ対応、生活面のフォローなど)

16:00 翌日の準備、書類整理、データ更新

17:00 退勤
