業務内容 / Responsibilities
 株式・事業価値評価(企業買収・事業売却時などにおける評価)

 財務戦略策定支援のためのビジネス・モデリング業務

 価値評価およびビジネス・モデリング業務に関連する事業分析業務

 Perform equity/business valuation during transactions resulting in the buy/sell of a company

 Perform business modeling duties and provide financial strategy support

 Perform business research and analysis for valuations and modelling duties

Qualifications

 ディレクター / Director

 シニア・マネージャー / Senior Manager

 マネジャー / Manager

 シニア・コンサルタント / Senior Consultant

 コンサルタント / Consultant

いずれも複数名採用。特にモデリングの人材を募集中。

応募資格/Qualifications
 コンサルティングファーム、事業会社、金融機関でのValuation業務経験者

 高度レベルの Excel、業務レベルの Power Point・Word スキル

 日本語力必須(ネイティブレベル)

  • 英語力(ビジネスレベル以上)
  • ◆米
  • 本・米国等)、CFA、CMA有資格者歓迎
