給与


月給 38万円~45万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり6万6120円~7万8300円(固定残業時間:30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

スキルや能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します

一律深夜手当1万3680円~1万6200円/30時間分含む

上記は残業・深夜勤務がない場合も支給し、

超過分は別途全額支給する

交通費:交通費支給

交通費規定支給(月15万円まで支給可)

456万円/店長候補(26歳・入社1年目)/月給38万円

494万円/店長(29歳・入社2年目)/月給41万2000円

715万円/部門長(32歳・入社5年目)/月給59万6000円
