We work primarily in B2B environments and focus on clarity, accuracy, and long-term value rather than short-term trends.

◆Role Overview

We are currently looking for a designer who can
clearly and accurately communicate B2B content through design
.

This role is
not
about trend-driven or decorative visuals.

Instead, we value designers who can think carefully about:

  • What needs to be communicated
  • How information should be structured and presented to avoid misunderstanding

and translate that thinking into clean, well-organized visuals.

◆Responsibilities

  • Design creation for B2B content
  • Visual organization based on written content and structure
  • Design work following existing rules, guidelines, and templates

◆This role is a good fit if you:

  • Can consistently follow rules and deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and reliably (reporting, updates, confirmations)
  • Have experience with B2B or business-focused content design
  • Are familiar with business platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Are strong at
    organizing information
    , not just decorating it
  • Enjoy work where accuracy and understanding intent are essential

◆This role is
not
a good fit if you:

  • Prefer highly creative or free-form design work
  • Focus mainly on trends, visual effects, or decorative design

◆Screening & Trial Process

Candidates who pass the initial screening will be asked to complete a short paid trial.

As part of the trial, you will create
two test designs
based on provided instructions.

This trial is used to evaluate your ability to:

  • Understand intent
  • Follow guidelines
  • Communicate clearly

Candidates who successfully pass the trial will be offered a contract.
