Transaction Control Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate

The Middle Office Department is a vital component of the Finance Division, collaborating closely with Front Office, Back Office, and international locations to execute daily business activities. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that trades are accurately reflected in our systems, controlling securities, funds, and collateral movements, and performing thorough risk management.

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Control Analyst/Associate/Senior Associate to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

• Verifying trade inputs into our system for accuracy and completeness
• Managing trade confirmations, settlement dates, and Flash P/L reports
• Maintaining accurate records and performing reconciliation between internal systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze new trade flows, cash flows, and accounting impacts
• Participating in project implementations and providing support for new products

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Excel and Japanese language skills are essential, while experience in middle office operations, financial markets, and accounting knowledge are desirable.

The successful candidate will be based in Marunouchi, Tokyo, Japan.

Estimated Salary: ¥5,500,000 - ¥7,000,000 per annum (depending on experience)
