【仕事内容】

同社のアジャイル開発チームのチームリーダーとして、同社が開発している製品の開発業務全般、及びマネジメントをお任せします。

企画責任者や開発チームメンバーと対話を通じて要求事項を詳細化し、1~2週間ごとにリリースするスピード感で開発いただく予定です。

スクラム開発を採用しており、エンジニア3~6名が共同で1つのサービスを創り上げていきます。

<具体的な業務内容>

・プロダクトバックログ(要求)の詳細化

・アプリケーションの設計と開発

・テストコードの実装(単体テスト、結合テスト、システムテスト、画面テスト)

・リファクタリング

・ソースコードレビュー

・顧客の声に応じたプロダクト改善の企画

・チームマネジメント

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・Java(Spring Boot)、, React)を用いて開発した経験(目安5年以上)

・プロジェクトや開発チームのリーダー業務経験(案件の進捗管理、メンバーマネジメントなど)

600万円~1000万円
