A global tech insurance company is looking for an SCM Manager. The selected candidate will oversee Global repair partner relationships and lead strategic engineering initiatives. This is a flexitime and teleworking work setup.Responsibilities:
- Serve as Engineering POC for Global repair partners
- Own Global OEM strategic engineering roadmap
- Oversee Global OEM engineering scorecards to meet client engineering SLAs and KPIs for each OEM partner
- Collaborate with the factory Gemba team to support the OEM Program Management team and meet engineering-related carrier and OEM requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experience in program or project management
- Proficient in PDCA
- Prior experience in repair or reverse logistics is a preferred
- Proven experience in cell phone or electronics manufacturing is ideal
- Proficient in Japanese and English

応募要件:
* エンジニアリング経験5年以上
* プログラムマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント経験
* 海外グローバル企業との業務経験
* 日本語力および英語力
* 大卒(工学学士)、大学院卒優遇
