ラグジュアリーホテル

「箱根強羅 TEN」で

サービスマネジャーとして勤務します。

ー

宿泊運営のオペレーション設計と

改善を担い、スタッフ教育と日々の

現場運営を管理いただきます。

マネジャーとして現場にも入り、

フロントから客室対応まで担当します。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・ホテルスタッフ教育、育成業務

・オペレーション設計、改善業務

・フロント業務

  • チェックイン・チェックアウト対応
  • 電話応対

・館内案内やルームアテンド

・予約管理、事務作業

・ハウスキーピング・ベッドメイキング

・食事の配膳補助

・バーカウンター対応

・備品管理や簡単な

施設メンテナンスの一次対応

※支配人と連携しながら、

教育と運営改善を主導します

箱根・強羅に2026年夏開業予定。

全室客室露天風呂付き18室+一棟貸しの

ラグジュアリーホテルです。

明治から続く強羅の静養文化を

現代に再解釈し

「一呼吸おき、晴れやかな

自分に回帰するホテル」

をコンセプトにしています。

強羅の豊かな自然環境の中で、

お客様の心身を整える宿泊体験を

創出することを目指しています。

求めている人材


*ホテル・旅館・レストラン・

観光施設での接客業の実務経験

【歓迎要件】

・ホテル支配人やマネージャー、

リーダー経験者

・英語やその他外国語での接客経験

・箱根や強羅でのホテル経験者

・海外からのゲスト対応に興味のある方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

シフト制(休憩1時間)

*8:00~17:00

*6:00~15:00

*14:00~23:00

給与詳細


基本給:年俸 500万円 〜 700万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

・管理監督者としての

採用想定/深夜手当は別途支給

・決算賞与別途支給(年2回)
