【具体的にお任せすること】

- 図面の作成
専用のソフト(CAD)を使って、建設プロジェクトに必要な図面を作ります。
ソフトの使い方は入社後にしっかりお教えします。
- 資料作成
ExcelやWordなどを使って、簡単な資料や報告書を作ります。
- 現場の調査と写真撮影
建設予定地や工事現場に行き、必要な情報を調査したり、写真を撮ったりします。

- 土木構造物の調査・設計
電力通信設備のような土木構造物について、地形や条件に合った設計を考えます。
専門的な部分はチームで進めるので、未経験の方でも一緒に成長できます。
- お客様との打ち合わせ
設計の内容や工事の計画について、お客様と話し合う場面があります。先輩のサポートから始め、徐々に慣れていきましょう。
- 提案とサポート
お客様のニーズに合った提案を考えたり、完成までの流れを一緒にサポートしたりします。お客様の期待を形にする、やりがいのある仕事です。

1年目:電力・通信土木分野に関する基礎知識を装着して、まずはCADの使い方や資料作成など先輩スタッフのサポートを主に実施。
2年目:基礎知識に加えて、コンサル業務を自走できるレベルを目指す。先輩スタッフと一緒に数社を担当。
3年目:業務を自走し1つのプロジェクトを最後までやり切れる状態。
慣れてきたら在宅ワークも可能です。

オフィスソフト(Excel、Wordなど)の基本的な操作ができる方
普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可) あれば尚可
