・売上管理・シフト作成・発注
・スタッフの採用・育成・評価
・ホルモンの仕込み・串打ち
・備長炭を使った焼き・調理全般
・常連様を増やす接客・ファン作り

● 応募のきっかけは?
正直、次のキャリアに 迷っていたんです。
前職を辞めて、 「これからどうしよう」 って考えた時に、 ふと昔から興味があった 飲食をやってみようかなって。
一生の仕事にするかは 決めてないけど、 とりあえず一度 飛び込んでみよう そんな「お試し」感覚で スタートしました(笑)。

● 実際に働いてみて どうですか?
「一旦やってみる」には 最高の場所でした。
ここ、すごく懐が 深いんですよ。
僕みたいに 「迷い中」で入っても みんなウェルカムで 受け入れてくれる。
接客を通じて 「あ、自分って意外と 人と話すの好きなんだ」 って新しい発見も ありました。
ここでの経験は、 もし別の道に進んでも 絶対に活きると思います。
人生の「寄り道」 にしては、得られるものが 多すぎましたね(笑)。
