仕事内容:

認知症高齢者グループホームでの介護職員のお仕事です。

【主なお仕事について】

・日常生活支援:移動、着替え、入浴などのサポート

・認知症ケア:家事や体操を一緒に行い、進行を遅らせる支援

・個別対応:入居者様の希望に合わせた散歩や外食の付き添い

・コミュニケーション:1人ひとりに寄り添った関わり

【資格】介護職員初任者研修終了者 必須

【経験】介護職・介護施設にて夜勤勤務 あれば尚可

勤務時間・曜日:

(1)07:00~16:00

(2)09:00~18:00

(3)11:00~20:00

(4)16:30~翌09:30(2日勤務扱い)

※時間外労働あり:月平均8時間

休憩時間:60分

・基本給:140,000円~140,000円

・精勤手当:15,000円~15,000円

・係手当:15,000円~15,000円

・処遇改善加算手当:22,000円~22,000円

・特定処遇改善手当:7,000円

・ベア支援手当:10,000円~10,000円

・経験手当あり:最大10,000円

・夜勤手当あり:5,000円/回(30,000円~50,000円)

・土日手当あり:3,000円~7,000円

・通勤手当あり:実費支給(上限なし)

・昇給あり:1月あたり 500円~4,000円(前年度実績)

・賞与あり:年2回 175,000円~360,000円(前年度実績)

※昇給、賞与は変動します。

・試用期間あり:2~3ヵ月

試用期間中の労働条件異なる

(係手当15,000円は除く)

(月の勤務日数が社員規定日数に満たない場合は時給換算:時給1,077円)
