職務内容

契約書類管理、契約締結・変更手続実施、契約社数増加・スコープ管理、下請業者・パートナーとの契約管理、サプライヤ・スタンダード・T&Cs、顧客・下請業者・サプライヤ契約内容交渉を含む全てのオペレーション・営業活動及びソリューション管理

戦略的なアカウント開発企画を主導し、開発と成長の機会を最大化する

契約書類の締結及び航空業界の関連アクティビティ

対策案作成、是正措置確保。

業界の最良事例に沿った営業手順とポリシーを策定し、実施する。営業スキルアップのため、セールス・コール・プラン、日次、週次、月次の報告仕組みを構築する。

成長機会を見極めることにより、有効なる営業活動と市場カバレッジを確保する。

必要能力・資格

航空業界知識あり、ビジネストラベル優先

優れたビジネス感覚と分析スキル

優れた交渉スキル

一人前に仕事ができる

航空会社または OTA/BTM 業界での 3 年以上の実務経験

日本語ネイティブレベル+英語ビジネスレベル(中国語ができるなら尚可)

優れたソーシャルスキル
