『naco-do(ナコード)』は、オンライン完結型の結婚相談サービスを運営するITベンチャー企業です。
従来の結婚相談所の枠にとらわれず、心理面のサポートや伴走型の支援を強みとした、時代に合った婚活サービスを提供しています。
サービスの成長に伴い、ユーザー数は継続的に増加しており、事業・組織ともに拡大フェーズにあります。
セールスチームを含め、全メンバーがフルリモートで稼働しており、長野・九州・北海道・海外在住など、多様なメンバーが活躍しています。
仕事内容:
無料面談(婚活のお悩み相談+サービスの説明)をご予約いただいたお客様に、Zoomでのオンライン面談対応をお願いします。
面談時間は1回90分ほどです。
①:婚活のお悩みをヒアリング(カウンセリング)
②:サービスのご案内
③:オンライン契約のサポート
となります。
完全インバウンドの反響型営業です。

営業経験がある方が望ましいですが、「会員さんの結婚をお手伝いする仕事がしたい」という方であれば大歓迎です。
これまでになかった「オンライン×結婚相談所」という婚活サービスを、一緒につくっていける新しい物好きな方を求めています。
勤務時間・曜日:
土日ともに稼働可能な方で、週4日〜(1日8時間)の稼働が可能な方を募集しています。
稼働時間の組み方については、勤務時間内でご相談可能です。
■勤務時間:10:00〜22:00の間
(勤務例)平日2日間 13:00〜22:00 + 土日両日 10:00〜18:00
休暇・休日:
特に固定休は設けていません。
家庭やプライベートに合わせて稼働していただけます。
