医療法人の本部職員として広報業務を中心にお任せします。

また、事務長の補佐として多岐にわたる業務も学べます。

最終的には事務長へのキャリアアップも見込めるかも?

本部業務

・電話対応

・訪問歯科の受付、調整、連絡

・社内使用のシステム管理(PC周り)

広報的側面

・HPやSNSの更新、管理

・看板などの業者対応

・各部門と連携した広報戦略の立案(総務・人事・営業)

最初は電話対応などから経験していき、

徐々に海星会の環境に慣れて頂ければと考えております。

本部内職員は全員中途入職で、業界未経験から転職した職員が多くおりますので未経験でも安心してご応募ください。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 230000円 ~ 230000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:20,000円

みなし残業時間:11.00時間

みなし残業代:あり(給与形態と同じ単位で支給)

1ヶ月あたり2万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり11時間分)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

交通費全額支給(公共交通機関に限る)

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

週休2日制 (基本土日祝休み)

*土日出社した際は必ず当月内の平日に振替休日を取得していただきます。

夏季休暇(7月~9月で3日間休み取得可能)
