職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities
1)人材育成におけるリーダーシップを発揮し、生産管理部の効果的かつ効率的な運営を行う。
2)今市工場のリーダーシップチームの一員として今市工場の変革をサポートし加速させる。
3)医薬品の製品供給を常時確実にするために、生産計画・売り上げ見込み・マーケティング方針・GQP・GQMP・薬機法に基づきながら、日本のサプライチェーンについて安定的かつ効率的なオペレーションをマネジメントする。
4)今市工場のパフォーマンスを改善させるための活動をリード・サポートする。
5)製造・供給に関するグローバルポリシーに基づくリスクマネジメントに責任を持つ。
1)今市工場のビジネス計画及び投資計画に加わり、今市工場の物流計画及び人員計画の作成と実行に責任を持つ。
2)生産管理部の予算を計画・管理し、承認された予算内で支出及び投資を行う。
3)マネジメントチームと連携し、生産管理部の社員をモチベートする。
4)部下に対するタイムリーで効果的な評価・フィードバックを通じ、タレントの育成に責任を持つ。
5)効果的なコミュニケーションを通じて組織の方向性を指し示すことにより、適切なコーチングを行い、「変革」を加速する。
6)関係部署のサポートを得て、生産性の継続的な改善を行う。
7)サプライチェーンからの要請を受けて、製品供給計画を改善する。
8)新製品の上市、調達元変更及び今市工場全体に係るプロジェクトをリード・サポートする。
9)物流に関するデータを収集・整理し、関係部門に提供する。
10)製品・中間在庫・原材料の在庫を効果的にマネジメントする。
11)外部の物流業者及び社内の生産計画担当、購買担当、その他物流関係部門と連携し、サプライチェーンの改善をリードする。
12)全てのオペレーションにおいて、組織の安全意識の向上を促進する。
