仕事内容

テレビ局が運営している動画配信サイトの運用ディレクション業務。

番組側の担当者からくるテキストや画像素材を確認して運用オペレーターへ指示だしややり取りをしながら、仕事を進めていただきます。

また、動画の視聴数獲得のためのWEBマーケティング等のアシスタントもお願いできればと思います。

《主な業務内容》

・番組担当者から提供されるテキストや画像素材の確認

・ 運用オペレーターへの指示とやり取り

※最初は補助的なポジションからスタートしていただきます。

同じ業務を行う方が複数名いらっしゃいますので、わからないことは聞いていただきやすい環境です。

マニュアルがきちんとありますので、入社して2週間ほどはOJTで先輩と業務を行っていただきながら、

徐々に覚えていってください。

チーム編成:

30名(男女比は半々です。)

ディレクター11名、更新担当5名、デザイナー2名、コーダー1名、エンコーダー7名

会計スタッフ4名

時給 1800円~1850円
