会社の中で、起業家になる事業づくりのWEBマーケのインターン募集


「自分にもできるかも」と思えるところから始まります。

ゴルフライブは、ゴルフを題材にしながら、12年以上にわたりWebマーケティングに向き合ってきた会社です。

社名からゴルフ経験が必要そうと思われることもありますが、実際に必要なのはゴルフの知識ではありません。

私たちは、Webマーケティングを専門とする会社です。

広告運用、SEO、コンテンツ制作、商品企画などを通じて、事業をどう伸ばすかを考え、形にしていくことが日々の仕事です。

今回のインターンでは、決まった作業だけをお願いする予定はありません。

仕事の進め方や判断の仕方、数字の見方など、マーケティング部門で一般的に使われている考え方を、実務を通して自然と身につけていける環境を用意しています。

インターン期間中は、代表や事業責任者のすぐそばで仕事を進めます。判断の背景に触れたり、自分の意見がどのように形になっていくのかを見たりする中で、少しずつ任せる範囲を広げていきたいと考えています。

慣れてきた頃には担当領域を持ち、自分の判断で物事を進めていく場面も増えていくように。

気づいたときには、作業をこなす。という考え方から、自ら判断する立場へ。

視点が変わっていくことを目指してレクチャーをします。

このインターンは、参加して終わりではありません。私たちは、将来的に事業の中核を担う役員・後継者候補も探しています。

まずは社会経験からという方も、もちろん歓迎です。

お互いに「一緒にやっていきたい」と思えたときに、長く関わっていける関係を築けたらと考えています。

任せたい仕事

【任せたい仕事】

インターン生にお任せしたいのは、

Webマーケティングを通じて

事業を成長させていくための業務全般です。

広告運用やSEO、

コンテンツ制作、商品企画など、

ゴルフライブが行っている

Webマーケティングの実務に関わりながら、

事業がどのように作られ、

どのように伸びていくのかを学んでいきます。

最初から一人で任せることはありません。

まずは先輩メンバーのサポートとして入り、

仕事の流れや考え方を理解するところから始めます。

慣れてきたら、

少しずつ担当領域を持ち、

自分の判断で改善や提案を行うフェーズへ進んでいきます。

【インターンを通じて身につくスキル・経験】

このインターンを通じて、

基本的なビジネススキルや

仕事の進め方に加えて、

Webマーケティングの実践的な知識が身につきます。

また、数字をもとに考え、

改善案を出し、

実行して結果を見るという経験を通して、

どの業界でも活かせる

考える力や判断力が養われます。

こうした経験は、

就職活動だけでなく、

将来、事業責任者や

経営に近い立場を目指すうえでも

大きな武器になります。

【サポートについて】

最初は、

先輩メンバーや事業責任者の近くで

業務を進めていきます。

決まった研修はありませんが、

分からないことはその場で聞き、

実務を通して理解を深めていける環境です。

一方的に教えるのではなく、

考えたことや意見を共有しながら、

少しずつ任せる範囲を広げていきます。

給与

時給 1,400円〜

交通費を支給します。状況に応じて昇給があります。
