機械メーカーで組立や機械オペレーター

  • 材料を機械へセットしてボタン操作
  • 組立や完成品のキズチェック
  • 製造ラインの不具合対応/オペレーター

Q未経験でも本当に大丈夫?

現在はプラントのパーツ設計を手がけており、特に設計を行うための資料作成、図面 の修正などを担当しています。研修で着実に学ぶことができ、未経験から目標としていた機械設計者になるための入口に立てました

Q仕事のおもしろさはなんですか?

設計未経験ですが、周りのサポートもあり、徐々にできることが増えてきました。業務を始めて4ヶ月、いよいよイチから図面を任せていただけそうです。不安は多少ありますが、新しいチャレンジにワクワクしています

Qお休みは取れますか?

前職では時間外労働が毎日4時間以上、休みも月4日~5日という環境で…。今は、残業は月に10~20時間程度で休みもしっかり取れています。今では外出したり、家で好きなことをしたりと環境が180度変わりました

Q研修はありますか?

今はエンジニアになるための研修を受けています。内容は数学、機械図面の読解や書き方、Excel、電気基礎などを学んでいます。前職は製造業でしたが、ここで機械電気の基礎を知ることで視野も可能性が広がりました。

Qどんな働き方ができますか?

研修中は残業はありません。7月から配属になるので残業は発生しますが、それでも月 20~30時間と聞いており、前職と比べると半分以下になりそうです。前職ではできなかった趣味を研修を終えても継続できそうです

Q新しい仲間に期待することはなんですか?

研修では講師との距離がとても近いです。みんなが未経験ですので、わからないことがあっても恥ずかしいと思う必要はありません。焦らず、肩の力を抜いて、新しい知識を覚えたいという気持ちだけ持ってきてください
