修明学園でともに働いてくれる講師を募集します。

弊社では、一人前になるためのマニュアルも完備

1カ月の研修期間もあるので、

複数の科目で授業が持てるようになります。

塾の経験が無くても、人と関わることが好きで、一つ一つの仕事を丁寧に仕上げていく

真面目さと素直さがあれば問題なく働けます

さらに年休充実119日で月28万スタート

残業・持帰り業務は原則無しなので

プライベートの時間も大切にして働けます。

<主な業務内容>

・講師としての授業の実施(メインの業務)

※特定の科目だけではなく、複数の科目を担当して頂きます。

・面談や保護者対応

・資料作成等の事務

・生徒募集など教室運営全般

<修明学園「修明塾」について>

子どもたち一人ひとりの可能性を発見し、勉強が苦手な子にも寄り添いながら、二人三脚でともに学んでいます。

主に幼児から中学生までを対象として、

一人一人に合わせたカリキュラムや、

「ロボット・プログラミング教室」、読解力を身につける「ことばの学校」など、時代やニーズに合わせ、様々な学びを提供しています。

未経験の方でも熱意を持って子供たちに接しながら、授業をメイン業務にして意欲的に活躍できる環境です。

まずは先輩講師と一緒に授業をしながら基本的な流れをマスターしていただきますのでご安心ください。

◆短大卒以上の方

教員免許は不要です

ブランクのかたもOK

<以下の経験を優遇します>

◎小学生・中学生の複数科目の指導が可能な方

◎ご自身が中学受験の経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※13:00~22:00

※持ち帰り業務などはありません

※季節講習や社内研修、全社での会議などで、午前中の出社になる場合もございます。

◎月の残業少なめだからこそメリハリを持って働けます。

※基本的に学園本部に出社し、曜日、授業時間帯で各教室へ移動します。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
