職務の目的および主な業務内容

職務の目的

  • Clinical Research Associate(CRA) GSKが実施する「臨床試験(治験)」が、各医療機関にて以下の規制/ルールに則り適切に実施されていることをモニタリングする。 ICH GCP、国内関連法規およびJGCP GSKにて承認された実施計画書を含む各種手順 GSKが定める標準業務手順書 積極的に社内および各医療機関と協力し、設定されたマイルストーン(試験の立ち上げ、契約および症例登録など)を達成する。

    • 主な業務内容

  • 試験実施のために必要な社内・社外関係者との面会および適切なコミュニケーション
  • 実施医療機関の選定調査
  • 実施医療機関立ち上げ業務
  • 実施医療機関におけるモニタリングおよび症例登録促進業務
  • 実施医療機関に対する規制当局による調査および社内監査の対応

    • 必要な条件 Basic Qualification

    スキル/能力 Skill/Capability

  • CRAとして実施医療機関をモニタリングするために必要な以下の知識・能力: ICH GCP、国内関連法規およびJGCPの理解 実施医療機関関係者と良好な関係を構築できる能力 実施計画書および関連手順を理解し、社内外関係者へ説明する能力 積極的に実施医療機関の医師とコミュニケーションできる能力
  • 社内外(国内外)の関係者と良好な関係性を構築し、円滑に業務に取り組める能力
  • 自己マネージメントスキル(業務・目標管理およびリスク管理)
  • 日本全国の医療機関に訪問可能なこと
  • CRAとしての業務だけでなく、医薬品開発の他業務(計画立案、申請資料作成等)に興味を持ち、積極的に学ぶ能力

    • 経験 Experience

  • モニタリング業務経験(5年以上)
  • オンコロジー試験のモニタリング業務経験(3年以上)
  • CRAとしての全般的なモニタリング業務の経験 実施医療機関の選定調査 主担当としての実施医療機関の立ち上げ業務・症例登録およびクロージング業務

    • 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

  • 海外担当者とのCommunicationができる(TOEIC 700点相当)

    • 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

    スキル/能力 Skill/Capability

  • Problem solving skill
  • Decision making skill
  • Quality/Process control skill
  • Study management skill

    • 経験 Experience :

  • オンコロジー Phase1試験のモニタリング業務
  • オンコロジー試験における施設選定調査業務
  • CRA LeadまたはCRA Manager業務
  • 実施計画書、同意説明文書および手順書作成に関する業務
  • 免疫・炎症疾患領域での業務
  • 実施医療機関に対する規制当局による調査対応

    • 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

  • 海外担当者とコミュニケーションを取り、支障なく業務をできる英語力(TOIEC 800点以上、TCでも問題なくコミュニケーションできる)
