仕事内容:

研修支援事務を主として、適性に応じて以下の事務のいずれかを担当する

(1)実習生の受入手続き業務

(2)医師の福利厚生、労務管理に関する業務

(3)その他、総合臨床教育センターが担当する教育研修に関する業務

総合臨床教育センターは、医師や看護師等が計画的かつ専門的な教育研修ができるよう支援していま す。これからの医療を担う医療人材育成について一緒に支援する仲間を募集します。

求める人材:

(1) 一般的なパソコン操作ができること(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント等)

(2) コミュニケーション能力が高く、協調性を有していること 若手人材育成に関心があること

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務日 週5日 原則として月曜日~金曜日

・勤務時間 週38時間45分

8時30分~17時15分(実働7時間45分・休憩時間1時間)

※時間外勤務あり

休暇・休日:

・休日 土曜日、日曜日、祝日、年末年始の6日間

※土日祝日に勤務を行った場合は平日に代休あり

・休暇 年次休暇(1年度20日。4月採用の場合、採用時に20日付与。)

他に特別休暇(忌引、夏季、結婚、災害、ボランティア等)あり

アクセス:

・最寄駅 つくばエクスプレス線・つくば駅からバス約10分

・自動車通勤可(要駐車料金。1か月900円or400円)

・自転車通勤可

給与:

・給与 年俸制(職歴による経験加算あり)

(参考)年俸2,880,000(月額24万円)~3,360,000(月額28万円)

・各種手当 時間外勤務手当、通勤手当(本院の規定により支給)

・賞与・退職金 支給なし(年俸に含まれる)

待遇・福利厚生:

・雇用期間 令和8年4月1日~令和9年3月31日まで(年度ごとの更新)

※任期付職員として年度ごとに雇用を更新(最長5年)

※更新の可否は、勤務成績、予算の状況、業務の必要性により決定

※無期雇用への登用試験制度あり

・社会保険 文部科学省共済組合に加入。雇用保険及び労災保険の適用あり
